  • Payment is due in full at enrollment or through an approved payment plan
  • All payment plan installments must be completed within the support window
  • Packages are non‑refundable once the initial consultation has taken place
  • All sessions must be used within the package timeframe
  • Missed sessions do not extend the container
  • Participants must commit to all scheduled sessions
  • Messaging support is for brief clarifications only
  • No new plans or protocols are created outside the scope of the package
  • Lab review and supplement overhaul are included only in the Root Cause Intensive
  • The practitioner may request updated information if needed to support the process

  • Messaging support ends at the close of the container
  • Additional sessions outside the package are billed separately

🌿Health Coaching Policies

  • Full‑rate payment is due at enrollment or through an approved payment plan
  • Coaching is non‑refundable once started
  • Sessions must be used within the coaching period
  • Missed sessions do not roll over
  • No new plans or protocols are created during coaching
  • Participants must commit to all scheduled sessions
  • Confidentiality is maintained throughout the coaching process
  • Progress assessments will be conducted periodically
